We expect the cycle hire scheme to serve at least 12 locations within this town with at least six locations to be sited within the Bidwell West and Linmere developments as these are providing most of the available scheme funding for this area. Leighton Buzzard The combined conurbations of Leighton Buzzard and Linslade have a population of approximately. 43,000. We expect the cycle hire scheme to serve at last 12 locations within these towns with at least six locations to be sited within the Chamberlains Barn and Clipstone Park developments as these are providing the majority of the available scheme funding for this area. Cycle parking at each designated location, in the form of Sheffield Stands, will be provided in advance of the scheme's introduction. Biggleswade The conurbation of Biggleswade has a population of approximately 22,500. We expect the cycle hire scheme to serve at least 8 locations within this town.
