Brief Description of the Requirement The Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy ("BEIS") wishes to appoint a specialist contractor/consortium to identify and compare options for a standard that defines low carbon hydrogen, allowing us to incentivise and support low carbon hydrogen production for supply across the energy system. This contract was awarded based on the evaluation criteria set out in the Mini Competition document.
