DBC (SF) Cleaning Service at Maylands Business Centre and Kylna Court - AWARD

Dacorum Borough Council requires cleaning services at Maylands Business Centre (MBC) and Kylna Court. MBC and Kylna Court are both flagship developments and state of the art facilities for new and growing businesses. Both centres are owned, supported, and managed by Dacorum Borough Council. It is essential, therefore, that the Centres are cleaned to a high standard and well presented, for the benefit of tenants, visitors and staff. More information including how to book appointments to view the sites is in the Tender documents. The current supplier who cleans Maylands Business Centre has confirmed that TUPE does apply. TUPE information can be requested via the portal Please submit your completed tender document via the Council's e-tendering portal no later than 12 noon 4 September 2019. Any tender submitted either manually or by email will not be accepted.
