Description
DfI Training Centre wishes to establish a Framework Agreement for the provision of training services. The Framework Agreement will comprise of 3 lots as detailed below. Lot 1 – Gas Safety Training and Assessment Lot 2 – Confined Space Entry Training Lot 3 – VHF Band Radio Operation Training and Assessment. A maximum of two Suppliers will be placed on the Framework Agreement for each lot. Suppliers should refer to the Specification Schedule for full detail on the deliverables. The Department cannot provide any guarantee as to the level of business under this contract.

Participation
Conditions suppliers must meet to bid.
Suppliers must be Gas Safe Registered and assessed or equivalent. Suppliers must confirm on eTendersNI that they currently hold the above approval. It is the Suppliers responsibility to demonstrate how an equivalent approval is equivalent to the stipulated approval.
Suppliers must be CABWI (Certification and Assessment Board for the Water Industry) approved or equivalent. Suppliers must confirm on eTendersNI that they currently hold the above approval. It is the Suppliers responsibility to demonstrate how an equivalent approval is equivalent to the stipulated approval.
Suppliers must be Royal Yacht Association accredited or equivalent. Suppliers must confirm on eTendersNI that they currently hold the above approval. It is the Suppliers responsibility to demonstrate how an equivalent approval is equivalent to the stipulated approval.
