This is a Contract Award Notice for a contract that has been called off from the Crown Commercial Service G-Cloud 13 (agreement number RM1557.13). SCAPE looked to appoint a supplier of a market insight platform that draws upon primary sources to detail upcoming business development opportunities in public sector construction. Following a shortlisting and selection process in line with the mandated framework call-off methodology, Oxygen Finance were the only supplier able to provide a market insight platform that met SCAPE's specification via their Oxygen Prospector platform.
