5 - 7 Crown Road Refurbishment & Fit Out Contractor

The University of Birmingham is seeking to appoint a Main Contractor for the following works: Refurbishment of Kings Norton Crowns Road: The first part of the project is for the relocation of Print Services into a new unit. This will involve new office and kitchen formation as well as relocation of printing equipment into the unit space. The second part of the project is to turn one unit into a storage facility and therefore construct a mezzanine, cages and racking into the space to store various different university belongings.
