Description
Bridgend Council intends to award a conferencing system for its Council Chamber and Committee rooms. The essential aim of the new system will be the facilitation of effective hybrid meetings and future sustainability, via a whole system approach, in line with the requirements of the Local Government and Elections (Wales) Act 2021. The new system needs to enable seamless hybrid meetings (in-person + remote), ensure accessibility and inclusivity, provide high-quality audio-visual experience for all participants and both record and live stream public meetings. The Chamber system also needs to support transparent decision-making with real-time integrated voting and provide real time welsh translation
