Contract requirement is the supplier can support our commitment to deliver the primary program of work that it is essential to maintain until March 2025 which is the Executive and Senior Leadership program. This investment in our Executive and senior leadership teams is required to enable us to deliver the remainder of RIS 2 effectively and manage a successful transition into RIS3. The investment also covers the design and delivery for the GEARS program which is vital to the internal National Highways delivery team.
