Decoration to Eldon Extra Care & Maxton House

Bolton at wish to invite tenders for the internal decorating to Eldon Extra Care Unit and Maxton House consisting of entrance, main community rooms and offices, fire upgrade to stairway and corridors. Please note this work is due to be started 11th February and completed before 31st March 2020, any interested suppliers must ensure they have the capacity to carry out the works in this given timeframe. Site visits are available on request only, please message using The Chest messaging facility ensuring you leave your name and number so the Building Surveyor can arrange a suitable time and date with yourselves. Under NO circumstances shall a supplier attend the sites without prior approval due to the complexity of the buildings. Tender documents are available free on charge on The Chest Portal.
