Inclusion Inclusive Curriculum Conference. To provide consistency as this work began in November 2019 To introduce the Keynote speaker. To be a co-ordinating element Develop an Enfield ARP strategy To provide direction for the growth of additional placements in Enfield ? To review and evaluate the ARP provision in Enfield considering the demand for placements. ? To consider the priority of needs in Enfield and required provision ? To consider the capacity of these ARPs to deliver ? To understand the capacity in Enfield for developing this provision -in relation to appropriate buildings ? To write a strategy with recommendations To project manage the EHCP Review Group To produce: 1. A revised and efficient statutory process within the 20-week time frame 2. A consistent new pre-EHCP process for schools 3. Revised EHCP documentation to include PFA outcomes. This will include the Advices, the actual EHCP, the Annual Review documentation ? Align the LA considerations of PFA outcomes with school practice (internal meeting) ? Discuss this issue with the full meeting and its impact on schools ? Consideration of changes to professional advices relating to PFA outcomes ? Consideration to changes required to EHCP - noting specificity ? Guidance document to be written for schools/settings ? Develop a proposed way forward with consultation, training and pilot scheme
