CWF Lot 1A - Flookburgh Primary School Internal and External Repair Works

The works are located at Flookburgh Church of England Primary School, Winder Lane, Flookburgh LA11 7LE. The works include the replacement of windows, curtain glazing and external doorsets with new, triple glazed uPVC windows, curtain glazing and aluminium external doors. Other works include the replacement of rainwater goods and downpipes. Internal repair works include the replacement of 2.no fire rated doorsets, replacement of floor coverings, and the removal of assumed Asbestos containing bitumen adhesive bedded on screed. Fire safety works must be undertaken by a competent contractor with the necessary accreditations (i.e. BM TRADA Q-Mark, FIRAS). Asbestos removal works must be undertaken by a competent Licenced Asbestos Removal Contractor.
