COV - 9 Frankwell & 7 Nutbrook Avenue - Refurbishment Works - AWARD

You are formally invited to submit a tender for the provision of refurbishment works at both of the above-mentioned Children's Home sites in Coventry. The works will be carried out under a JCT Intermediate Building Contract with Contractor's Design Portion, incorporating the Client's Schedule of Amendments.
