Perpetrator Intervention Service

The Essex Police and Fire and Crime Commissioner will be commissioning a range of services to support and disrupt perpetrators to change their behaviour and break the cycle of domestic abuse. The Commissioner is looking for a number of partners to work with to develop opportunities and support to enable perpetrators to change their behaviour.
