Village Centre Maintenance

External repairs and redecoration to Village Centre. The Centre consists of two older stone built buildings: The Dryden Hall and the Cafe/Library- a schedule of works is available for each building. Applicants can complete both schedule of works. The Council intends to award, but does not commit to awarding the work of both schedules due to budget limitations. Schedules should be completed excluding VAT but contractors should quote their number if registered for VAT purposes.
