DFID 8576 Third Party Monitoring for Appui au système de santé en RDC (ASSR) Support to the health system in DRC Contract Award

The objective of the independent third-party monitoring and operational research facility is to: 1) Provide an ongoing, high quality, critical constructive review of the ASSR programme and verify that the reporting against agreed results indicators is of a high quality. 2) Work with programme providers to improve any areas of weakness identified. 3) Deliver a defined number of pre-agreed pieces of high quality operational research and provide capacity to respond to emerging research needs. 4) Ensure wider ASSR programme activities and expenditure is protected from reputational risk as far as possible.
