The Provision of Spares for MK15 Passenger Helmets

The Ministry of Defence operates Rotary Wing, Fixed Wing and Fast Jet in a variety of environmental conditions. To maintain operational efficiency and to meet its duty of care responsibilities, the Ministry of Defence needs to provide its Aircrew with suitable protection measures to allow its individual to operate within aviation environment. Failure to do so will result in a reduction in operational capabilities. Equip and Support the Aircrew sub-portfolio of the Air Commodities Delivery Team is seeking approval for the Authority to place a Single Source contract to deliver spares and parts to maintain the extant requirement for MK15 Helmets.
