WP4085 - External Evaluator for Walsall Energy Action Project (WEAP)

Walsall Council and the Walsall Energy Action Project (WEAP) partnership are seeking an academic service provider (possibly a local university) to design and implement an external evaluation of the project in order to better understand the impact and outcomes of the project activities. This document outlines the project background as well as the service specification brief for the service.
