Demolition/Enabling Works

The Town Council are seeking a contractor to undertake the demolition of an existing single storey Community Centre, including breaking out ground floor slab and strip foundations, removing existing fixtures and fittings, capping off incoming mains services and below ground drainage. Breaking up existing tarmac, excavating to reduced levels and levelling site and allowance for permanent timber hoarding. Asbestos removal also to be included within the tender.
