Digital Dictation Services

Goods Supplied are set out in Appendix 1 hereto or on the BigHand order form and shall include some peripheral dictation hardware. Services provided shall include some or all of: - Digital Dictation (including mobile working) - Speech Recognition (if applicable) - Clinical Correspondence - Consultancy Services - Implementation Services - Project Management - Technical Support - Training Services - Outsoureced Transcription (as part of Lot 4 - Combined Solution only) - Bespoke Development - Dragon Medical Workflow Manager (and modules) - Any other services as agreed from time to time The Software Services Provided by BigHand may include: Hosted Services - being the cloud based online software services hosted by BigHand and ordered by the customer under and order form On-Premise Software - being the software ordered by Customer and made available by BigHand to Customer on Customer's own hosting infrastructure
