West Hampshire Clinical Commissioning Group intends to procure delivery of adult hearing aid provision services. This process includes re opening of the over 55 age related hearing loss LQP and additional activity for 19 years and over. The activity includes direct access Audiometry or GP direct hearing assessment, for patients 19 years and over. Direct access audiometry or GP direct hearing assessment, 19 years and over; Fitting of Hearing Aid (s), adult - routine or complex; Follow-up, Adult, Face to Face (hearing aid related); Aftercare (hearing aids); Follow-up, Non Face to Face (hearing aid related); Rehabilitative Audiology Service; and One to One - Adult Hearing aids.
