Visual Illustration of Strategic Intent

HMRC Operational Delivery Profession are developing a 5 year strategy. They require a Supplier to work with the Client to produce a user friendly, easy to read, inspiring and motivating visual Illustration of this strategy that will help to drive forward the profession in a positive, professional way, using a variety of approaches and channels as deemed most suitable for the audience. The will include an Animated Canvas with V.O and a Static Image product that can be used on printed literature, or as an image for online material signposting to the animated version.
