Description
The Heritage Service is looking for an external company to undertake Audience Development research. This research will help inform an Audience Development strategy that will be implemented over the next 3 years. We recognise that over time preferences for cultural engagement change and that looking ahead we need to ensure we are working as effectively as possible in order to continue to grow as a service. The supplier will support the heritage service to review and improve our current data collection methodology, to ensure that it is effective and appropriate for our needs. The goal of this work is to have an audience focused Heritage Service that has a better understanding of current and new audiences, their interests and trends. The service will have a clear strategy for engaging and building our audience, with a defined plan on how we can develop the service to meet the needs of those identified audiences.
