Description
The Trust currently has a requirement for a software system that is used to check the Trusts Crash Trolleys for: • Completeness of items • Expiry dates, batch numbers etc of consumables The Trust is looking for: • 200 annual licences The systems must be able to: • Be used on PC's, Laptop and Mobile devices • Have a dashboard facility • Must have an inventory facility to record o Equipment and non consumable items o Consumable items • Record quantities of items, serial numbers, batch numbers and expiry dates • Display and record user checks on equipment / consumables o Instructions for checks (with images) o Record when checks were made and by who • Alerting o Send alerts (by email) when checks are due, or have been missed o Maintain a log of checks undertaken • Reporting, a full suite of editable reports including o Inventory o Scheduled checks, and results o Trends
