The Ministry of Justice (MoJ) Commercial and Contract Management Directorate (CCMD) acting on behalf of the Government Legal Department (GLD) have awarded a Call-off Contract against the Crown Commercial Service (CCS) Framework Agreement for e-Disclosure Services (Reference: RM3717) for the supply of services in a single matter. This eDisclosure pertains to a non-statutory inquiry, led by Sir Wyn Williams, to look into and establish a clear account of the implementation and failings of the Horizon IT computer system over its lifetime and assess whether lessons have been learnt at the Post Office Limited (POL).
