Cleaning and Caretaking Contract

Bishop's Cleeve Parish Council is seeking to appoint a contractor to provide buildings' cleaning, caretaking and routine Health and Safety Testing of water, fire alarms and lighting as well as minor maintenance services for its buildings and facilities. The contract requires an average of 52 hours per week over the year, with monthly fluctuations. This Contract may be subject to the TUPE Regulations 2006.
