Description
A range of PPE is required including safety footwear, cut resistant gloves, hi-visibility jackets, waterproof coats, fleeces, trousers, and safety goggles. PPE is predominantly used by the Council's Waste and Highways services. Their operatives work in a range of environments and have specific requirements. Dorset Council is conducting a further competition from ESPO framework 144 - Supply of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) & Clothing. A Contract will be awarded for a period of up to four years (initial period of 2 years plus 2 x 12 months optional extension periods). The Contract will be for Dorset Council with the Local Authority Trading Company (LATC), Care Dorset, named as a participating Contracting Body.
