Description
The aim of the service is to provide flexible, co-produced residential respite for up to 6 adults with learning disabilities, including those with multiple diagnosis (Autism Spectrum Disorders, physical disabilities etc.) in the same 6 bedroom property located in Wimbledon SW19. Respite may either be planned or unplanned and it should be noted that the service is expected to run 7 days a week including bank holidays. The successful provider will be expected to adapt their models of care and support in order to accommodate some young people with learning disabilities coming through transitions.
