Modular Building Construction

There is a requirement for the replacement of the existing Portacabins with new modular office complex. RIBA4 consultation and delivery of RIBA 5 onwards. Including all Civil, landscaping and MEP works required. This includes small refurbishment works to an existing office. Bidders must have SC Clearance and Cyber Essentials Plus to proceed to Tender stage.
