West London NHS Trust is looking for a provider to carry out a valuation of our property estate for financial reporting purposes. West London has a total of 36 Freehold and leasehold sites with a Building approximate Value of £383m and of Land £99m. This valuation must be completed and a full report needs to be provided to the Trust by 31st March 2021. Successful bidder will have recent experience of providing and completing projects of similar size and complexities.
