Cycling Initiative - Club Doncaster (STAF FUNDED) CPR WAIVER

To extend the STAF funded contract with Club Doncaster Foundation for delivery of their cycling initiative. This is in response to the unexpected funding extension from DfT from 31st March 2020 to 31st March 2021. The STAF programme has a value to Doncaster council of £1.102m until March 2020. This waiver seeks to extend the current contract with Club Doncaster Foundation, for delivery of their Cycling Initiative, for an additional year (from March 31st 2020 to March 31st 2021). This is in response to the unexpected extension of the DfT funding window until March 31st 2021. As mentioned within the previous text, Club Doncaster Foundation are the only provider with the ability to deliver this scheme.
