Provision of Shared Online Workspace

A shared online workspace capable of hosting users from government departments and public bodies. Must have communication channels, secure storage for key documents, and facility for engagement content (e.g. blogs and videos). Must have structure whereby users are organised into various groups to focus the subjects of their engagement.
