DHSC:NHS Health Check Clinical Information Standard - Commercial Assurance Dec

A previous business case has been approved for the development of a clinical information standard for the NHS Health Check. This is to address a range of issues including consistency of data categorisation and assurance on national data quality. This contract is to develop an additional NHS Health Check eligibility criteria Information Standard to close the gap.
