Tibberton Parish Council wishes to undertake construction of a new village hall, to be tendered on the basis of a construction design and management contract. Planning permission is granted but suitable alternative solutions will be considered. The site is on an elevated position in the centre of the village and adjacent to a new housing development. PERIOD FOR ACCEPTANCE: Companies have 14 days after the closing date to submit expressions of interest. PRICING: This will be a fixed price contract. The Tenderer will be required to submit a priced copy of their specification and a schedule of rates. The prices should include everything necessary for the proper execution of the contract.
