Mattison Place Cesspool Installation

The septic tank system serving number 1,2 and 4 Mattison Place has come to the end of its operational life. The baffle within the septic tank can be seen to be deformed. Ingress of water is present along with solids entering the current borehole soakaway discharge. The system at present requires emptying every week due to the ongoing failures of the current plant. The plant currently withholds a permit. Permit number (P03498) We require this plant to be replaced with a like for like system under parameters of current permit. We require specification, details on how you will bring this system back to compliance and a cost to undertake the works. We require the contractor to submit a proposal detailing a clear plan to complete the works and all materials and timelines included.
