Description
Bristol City Council monitors air quality and vehicle compliance within the Clean Air Zone (CAZ), while the associated Financial Assistance Scheme provides grants and loans to help residents and businesses upgrade non-compliant vehicles. The purpose of this monitoring is to assess whether NO2 levels are reduced to within legal limits, as required by national air-quality legislation. This contract is to commence a new contract for an existing provision to carry out the monitoring and auditing of the CAZ financial assistance scheme to provide control and governance.
