Outsourcing of Chair and Non-Executive Director due diligence checks under the Fit and Proper Person Test (FPPT), including CV verification, structured references, DBS/insolvency checks, and regulatory and reputational checks. This is a continuation of an existing service delivered by Neotas, supporting NHS England’s statutory responsibilities for safe and compliant senior appointments. The service will operate on a flexible drawdown basis in line with appointment activity across 2026/27.
