This notice is to inform the market of the Contracting Authorities intention to directly award a 1 year contract with a 1 year contract extension option to The Stroke Association. In addition, the contract will be amended to provide a service to patients in the north of the Coastal West Sussex area (not previously covered). The proposed contract will commence on 1st April 2022. If no expressions of interest are received, the Authority shall enter into a contract with the incumbent provider to ensure continuity of services, relying upon a Regulation 32 exemption of no response/no requests to participate have been submitted in response to this notice.
