PfH Fire Safety Works and Services Scotland

This is a replacement for the previously withdrawn tender. PfH Scotland is seeking to establish a framework agreement over 8 lots to cover fire safety design, installation, service and maintenance. The framework will be split across geographic regions and it is anticipated that 5 contractors will be appointed to each region and each lot. The Lots are - Lot 1 - Sprinkler and Fire Suppression Systems Installation, Service and Maintenance, Lot 2 - Sprinkler and Fire Suppression Systems Service and Maintenance, Lot 3 - Fire Alarm and Emergency Lighting Systems Installation, Service and Maintenance, Lot 4 - Fire Alarm and Emergency Lighting Systems Service and Maintenance, Lot 5 - Passive Works, Lot 6 - Whole Building Works, Lot 7 - Cladding, Lot 8 - Domestic Fire Alarms
