Description

Plumlife Homes, a subsidiary of Great Places Housing Group, is establishing a framework for Interior Design services to support its show homes across the North West of England. The single lot will cover: (1) The development of design concepts, room by room styling plans, and Furniture, Fixings & Equipment (FF&E) selections in line with Plumlife approved specifications. (2) Full project management of Show Home Design & Installation, including oversight of any on-site work. (3) Management of any additional subcontracted support for tradesman and/or decorators.

Financial Standing: Annual turnover must be at least £50,000 Insurance: Confirm willingness to obtain required insurance. Employer’s (Compulsory) Liability Insurance* = £5m Public Liability Insurance = £5m Professional Indemnity Insurance = £1m Real Living Wage: Supplier must commit to pay in line with the Real Living Wage rates. Data Protection: Supplier must be willing to complete Data Protection Impact Assessment and confirm ICO compliance. ISO Regulatory Action: Supplier must confirm whether their organisation has been subject to regulatory action. Social Value: Supplier must agree to contribute 2% of contract spend to GP social value initiatives.

Relevant Experience and Contract Examples: Please confirm whether you have experience delivering interior design services for self contained residential units (house, flat, bungalow or maisonette) designed for, or capable of being used as, a home. Potential Providers must be able to demonstrate examples are of a similar nature.
