The Provision of an E-Learning Solution for the Defence School of Communication Information Systems

The Authority has a requirement to award a three year contract for the provision of an on-line learning service to support the delivery of distance, blended and residential learning to students for a variety of IT based subjects including Service Management, Networking and Programming at The Defence School of Communication Information Systems (DSCIS).
