Refurbishment of building known as the Tractor Shed on Eastgate, Sleaford

Sleaford Town Council is seeking tenders from interested parties for the refurbishment of its storage building on Eastgate in Sleaford Lincolnshire The building is currently used for storage only but it is to be brought back into use as a base for part of the Council's services operations. The works will entail re-cladding, re-roofing of the building, the provision of new roller doors and the provision of a ground floor wc and mezzanine.
