Bedfordshire Schools Trust ICT Service

Bedfordshire Schools Trust (BEST) require a full suite of managed services for its Academies. In summary, this includes an element of onsite staffing in academies, remote support, service management, service desk, updates and patching service, training and consultancy, supply of equipment and software. The funding for the new Pixbrook school is also included in this procurement. There are also two optional services required; 1] a managed broadband service 2] a service for Nursery Schools. The procurement is advertised for 3 years with an option, based on performance, for a further 2 years. We believe that TUPE will apply.
