DN678481 Holcroft Road - Windows Replacement, and associated works

The contract is for a contractor to carry out external refurbishment works to 16no. tenanted homes at Holcroft Road. It is expected that the works will primarily include window replacement. There will also be repair and decorative work as necessary to the brickwork and render. The roofs are likely to only need minor repairs. This scope of work is based on visual surveys only and subject to intrusive surveys once a scaffolding is put up.
