SH05949 - HOUSING ADAPTATIONS 2021-2024

The Works comprise the design and installation of various Adaptation works within, or on, domestic Council properties within the City boundaries. This works includes, but is not limited to: upgrading existing or installing new level access showers, door widenings, new doors, altering kitchen fittings, minor electrical alterations, handrails, level access thresholds, installing care equipment, specialist WC's, external ramps (permanent concrete and temporary metal), construction of small extensions to properties and specialist works such as trough floor lifts, step lifts, padded rooms etc.\r During the Contract Period, Orders will be placed on an ad hoc, demand-led basis for adaptations works.\r The Contractor shall be aware there is NO guarantee that any of the works included and / or priced in Section 4 of this Schedule of Rates with Approximate Quantities will be ordered at any point during the Contract Period.
