Provision of Routine Grounds Maintenance - Countywide Corporate Sites Lot 1 Allerdale, Lot 3 Carlisle, Lot 4 Copeland & Lot 5 Eden

To provide grounds maintenance for all corporate sites in six geographical areas Carlisle, Eden, Allerdale, Copeland, Barrow and South Lakeland. Sites in scope include Offices, Libraries, Care Homes, Day Centres, and Fire Stations. The Grounds Maintenance operations required broadly comprise:- Grass Maintenance ? Grass cutting and edging Horticultural Maintenance ? Maintenance of shrub beds and borders Hedge cutting Planting and maintenance of summer bedding General Works - Control of weeds on hard areas Note ? not all of the above operations will necessarily be involved on all sites.
