Fit out/refurbishment of Unit 1, Tuscan Way, Bispham, Blackpool, FY2 0FJ. Main project activities include: New electric roller shutter. Decorate unit - paint walls, tile toilet, tile kitchen area including some additional wall mounted cabinets. Heating - electric heaters for garage area and toilet. Flooring - Flowcrete or equivalent non-slip hard wearing floor finish to garage, vinyl flooring in WC. Power - additional power points for charging (upgrading existing containment to galvanised steel), EV point outside the front entrance. Ventilation for drying cabinet. Water - washdown sinks with hot and cold-water supply. External - hatched line marking 'Keep Clear' for emergency service vehicles.
