Improvement and refurbishment at Hillside Care Centre a) To refurbish a designated area within the Care Centre and install specialist equipment and technology which will be used to deliver an Independent Living Demonstration and Assessment Centre that will offer facilities for demonstration of equipment, adaptations and technology, and provision of advice. A layout has already been designed and approved and this element of the project is to progress the plan through technical design and construction. b) Internal Refurbishment works to the remainder of the building as designed and specified. c) External Landscaping Scheme as designed and specified.
