CQC require the following steps to be performed as part of the gap analysis: 1) Review business requirements (User Stories) and work to indicate which requirements can be met by existing systems 2) Indicate those business requirements that will be supported through using ECM content authoring & publishing 3) Indicate the alignment of functionality that ECM content authoring & publishing to business requirements 4) Provide an indicative roadmap for implementation for ECM content authoring & publishing 5) Provide cost estimations for ECM content authoring & publishing implementation.
