Research to understand recent consumer experience of moving home and interacting with telecoms and postal providers, focusing on fairness , service continuity, and challenges during transitions such as switching providers, upgrading/downgrading services, or encountering digital transformations (migrating from PSTN to IP networks, or to an area with different infrastructure or connectivity challenges).
