Client Transport Services 2026 - 2034 - SEND : Blossom House School 1 x Pupil 0 x PA 1 x Access 8 Medical: The pupil uses a electric wheelchair and walker and will require a vehicle that can accommodate this. The student has complex health needs and Oxygen needs to be carried for emergency use. The student has their own carer who will be travelling with them. The carer will be picked up from the home address and will stay at the school with the student until home time. They experience occasional seizures (non-epileptic) on the journey and may also need dressings changed, splints removed, medication provided. The vehicle must have Must have air conditioning. The student has Autonomic Neuropothy and can not regulate their temperature. In summer they overheat which can cause medical problems.
